Just 21 centuries after Jesus Christ, the Gauls are back in Paris to welcome and host the 10th tournament on the HSBC Rugby Sevens Circuit, 13 – 15 May 2016 : the Paris Sevens.
For the first time, the Stade Jean Bouin will open its gates to modern combatants from every continent, to let them express all their skills, speed and technique with one unique goal : conquer the Gaul's Capital! And there's nothing more entertaining than a raucous and excited Gallic Army in the stands to cheer and support their beloved Legion!
Paris has a lot to offer, with plenty of historical monuments to visit, including the Concorde's Obelisk (stolen from Cleopatra) and of course the Eiffel Tower, which we challenge you to try and take home if you are brave?
But rest reassured, the Gauls can also show great hospitality; they value a round of beer in a local tavern and will enjoy sharing some frog legs or wild pig on the spit with their 'new friends' ...
